I have a gas powered 2600 psi and it was wonderful to use. I would say 1700 and up would be fine. For electric I would stay better than 1200 would be fine.

It all depends on the size of the line and how bag it's clogged. A 2"" line might be OK. A larger line might need at least 2100 PSI.
