1983 Suzuki SP500

For auction or Buy-It-Now is a pristine, 1983 Suzuki SP500 with 4140 original miles.  Not a single dent in the tank and zero sun fade, tank is clean and rust-free inside, seat is like new, turn signal assemblies are perfect, wheels original (gold colored!) and perfectly straight.   Neutral, hi-low beam, horn, brake light, turn signals, etc all work.  This is a 6V, kick start only motorcycle with
clear CA title & pink slip
and registered through Nov 2021.   Has new Dunlop D605 tires front and rear, new chain, new battery, new oil/filter.  Original & complete tool kit included and owner's manual.

History: This motorcycle was purchased new in the CA Bay Area and sold sometime in the mid/late 80's to second owner in Nevada with approx 3K miles on it . 2nd/Nevada owner never registered it in Nevada and left it parked most of the time -years/decades(s?)- in storage shed, clearly out of the weather. Current owner purchased it with 3600 miles on it.  Nevada owner still had CA paperwork and CA license plate so ORIGINAL CA BLUE PLATE is fully legal.
It is a blast to ride and is the envy of those who know what a 500cc, 4 stroke, single really is!

Reason for selling is my garage is packed with motorcycles and there are 3 new projects coming in.  Simply not enough room and this motorcycle is too nice to store under a tarp outside.
It does not leak any oil whatsoever.
It does not smoke/burn oil whatsoever.
