    All compartments, zippers, flaps straps and strap locks are strong and work well
    ***  BUT FULL DISCLOSURE ***
    Lumbar Padding & the straps & bottom are dirty and stained!! Pack got wet against red flannel and the rest is history.
    If you're looking for cosmetic perfection this IS NOT the pack for you! SEE PICS.
    Spray & Wash and a scrub brush MIGHT fix it ??  but I doubt it. Zero guarantee it will EVER come out.
