Lanette wax - Emulsifying wax SLS free
Lanette wax (
cetearyl alcohol and ceteareth 30
) is a blend of raw vegetable base (
coconut and glucose
) and the naturally derived chemical (
cetearyl alcohol)
. A natural emulsifying wax that blinds well oil and water to make lotion and cream.
The above video has a recipe and demonstration for making a lotion, shown after the explanation about the preservitives.
We believe we have found the purest form,  most lanettes contain sodium laural sulphate, but ours doesn't. It works beautifully as a base for cosmetic creams and  lotions won't separate when made, as with some emulsifying waxes.
