- New manual roaster controller with modulating roaster burner
- Bean, Environmental and Exhaust Thermocouples for Cropster
- Rebuilt Destoner system
- Roaster Feed Hopper
- Roaster Cyclone
- Cooler Cyclone
- Used bucket feed elevator
- New Thermal Afterburner / .5 sec residence time, 1250-1600deg operating temp **NOT sized for cooler air, roaster effluent only, can size it for cooler and roaster air for additional cost***
You will need following Jacobs/Nordfab ducting - ducting from roaster fan to cyclone, cyclone to Afterburner, cooler to cooler/destoner fan, destoner hopper to cooler/destoner fan, cooler cyclone exhaust, Bucket elevator to Roaster feed hopper
Can also supply ceramic insulated stack and Jet Cap for Afterburner good to 2300F
Allow 12-16 weeks for completion of whole system
