Vintage Fender Jazz Bass Circa 1977 Natural with MOJO!

This Fender Jazz Bass has some of the most MOJO I’ve seen on a guitar! It’s a great example of a 70s Jazz, weighing in around 11lbs. The headstock has a wonderful patina that has darkened over time. Original nut; the maple fretboard with mother of pearl inlays are in excellent condition, and the frets show minimal wear. The neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should. There is one spot of binding missing high up on the neck as pictured. The neck features some “wear spots”. The body is seen as natural; it was originally black but the owner removed the paint and left the clear coat on. The pick guard was removed and does not convey with the bass. Electronics are all original and recently checked to be in good condition. The bass was recently set up with new strings and intonated.
It was reported this bass belonged to the band Oasis at one time; no provenance is given.
