    Once we receive the package we will confirm the serial number of the product. If this product matches the items ordered we will send replacement product the following day via ups ground.
    Return Policy:
    Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Once the item is received at our Returns Center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
    Restocking Fee:
    The buyer returns the item for one of the following reasons (within the return window) a restocking fee of 10% of item's price will be applied. Buyers are responsible for return shipping as well. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
